3rd & 5th Grade Nature Trails

Dear Kirk Families,

Mark your calendars! Our 3rd and 5th grade students will be participating in an exciting offsite Nature Trails educational experience on Thursday, September 18th or Friday, September 19th.

• Homeroom Assignments: Kirk School will assign each homeroom to attend on one of the two dates. Teachers will follow up with specific details for your child’s class.

• Volunteer Opportunity: Kirk PTO will be coordinating parent volunteers to join students on this experience. We greatly appreciate your support! Please dress appropriately for walking in the woods and do not bring small children. 

• Training Requirement: Volunteers must complete Nature Trails training in order to accompany students, and must provide their own transportation to and from the site.

• Training Dates: Choose one

  • Thursday, August 28th 9:30-11:30AM

  • Wednesday, September 3rd 9:30-11:30AM

• Location: Cy Fair Nature Trails @13500 Shaft Dr. Cypress, TX 77429 (behind Millsap Elementary)
